New to the Trégor food-trucks, Emilien Facon has been in the restaurant business for over 10 years.
First in Dunkirk, where he and his mother ran a brasserie, then in Perros and Louannec, in a starred restaurant or a renowned butcher.
“My three children came to settle in Brittany, so I came there too, in order to continue my professional experience with Emilien”.
From Perros to Paimpol
Today, Emilien carries out his project aboard a food-truck which sets up shop every week in Louannec, but also to Perros, Saint-Quay-Perros, Cavan, Paimpol, Lézardrieux.
He offers different burgers and often changes his compositions and fries “as we know how to do them in the North”.
