If you notice a small crowd on the side of the Rue Victor Hugo next Wednesday around noon, it will probably not be because of the presence of any celebrity or the appearance of a new PokéStop. The real star of the day should be the restaurant Dad’s Burgerswhich will then just open its doors.
Because to be sure to seduce its customers from the first minutes, the establishment inaugurates its establishment in Havre (Seine Maritime) in offering a burger to the first 300 customers who will appear on site.
Home fries and milkshakes
Enough to whet the appetite of gourmets, who risk being tempted by the menu at the new address which gives pride of place to “gourmet burgers”, accompanied by homemade fries but also American-style desserts (notice to lovers of milkshakes, cookies and other cheesecakes).
Managed by a team of 10 people, led by two brothers, Hugo and Benoît Saint-Georges, the restaurant intends to play the artisanal card (on beers and lemonades in particular), but also local. The burger bread, for example, comes from a nearby bakery, and the “100% French” meat is minced on site every morning.
In addition to the six “classic” recipes offered throughout the year, seasonal compositions will follow one another regularly on the menu.
